2011 Ferghettina Franciacorta “Saten”
On Sale $46.99
Bright yellow color with golden highlights, 100% Chardonnay. This vintage sparkler has been aged for over 3 years in steel. Creamy and rich, this over-delivers with notes of yellow apples, ripe pear, and lemon drops. The mouth has loads of fresh nectarine, coconut cream, dark honey and lemon curd. The lower pressure Satén style gives this the impression of being full bodied while the acidity keeps it on point. Classic!
2013 Einaudi Dolcetto Vigna Tecc
On Sale $22.99
Deep ruby in color, fresh bouquet with rich fruit nuances, firm tannins and a subtle almond finish. A versatile, all-around food wine, can stand up to structured first courses and meat dishes.
2012 Fantino Barolo Vigna del Gris
On Sale $79.99
Fascinating aromas of dried red chili, strawberry, red berry and cedar follow through to a full body, firm and silky tannins and a long and flavorful finish. Reserved. Better in 2019.

2012 Fantino Barolo Mosconi
On Sale $82.99
Aromas of dried meat, plum and sage leaf follow through to a full body, yet it’s tight and tannic. Firm, chewy and polished tannins. Closed. Needs three years to open. Try in 2019.
