2016 Weinbach Sylvaner Reserve, Alsace, France
On Sale $19.99
From old vines picked end of September, the 2016 Sylvaner Réserve is fresh, nicely pure and mineral, with a lot of salt and phenolic tension. White-fruit flavors and crushed stones are on the nose and palate, along with the vitality of granite soils. Tasted in late April shortly after bottling.
88 Points, The Wine Advocate
2016 Domaine de la Croix Senaillet Saint-Veran, Burgundy, France
On Sale $19.99
This beautiful Burgundy white is soft and supple on the palate, with notes of citrus zest, almond, and shortbread and a wonderful long finish.
2015 Liquid Farm Chardonnay “La Hermana,” Santa Maria Valley AVA
On Sale….Price too low to publish!!!
Liquid Farm’s 2015 Chardonnay La Hermana is a blend of fruit from Bien Nacido, Solomon Hills and Dierberg. Intensely pointed and saline, it will need a bit more time in bottle to be at its most expressive. In keeping with its Santa Maria origins, La Hermana is the most finely cut and chiseled of the LiquidFarm Chardonnays.
92+ points, Antonio Galloni
2017 Laurence Feraud Pink Pegau Vin de France Rose
On Sale $16.99
Pale pink/salmon in color, with peach, floral and red fruit aromas. Bone dry, with a crisp, mouth-watering acidity leading to a long, spicy, mineral finish.
2015 Haden Fig Pinot Noir, Willamette Valley, Oregon
On Sale $24.99
Bright red. Smoke-accented blackberry and cherry aromas reveal hints of cola and licorice. Gently sweet dark fruit flavors are complemented by mocha and black cardamom nuances, and a touch of juicy acidity adds back-end cut. Smooth, velvety and focused, closing with good clarity, spicy persistence and gentle tannins.

2016 “Urgency” Pinot Noir, California
On Sale $11.99
We found it hard to believe that a Pinot bearing only the “California” designation could ever be this expressive and well made at this ridiculously low price point! It’s a beautiful garnet red with dark red cherry, cranberry, and a touch of black tea aromas. The palate maintains enough acidity and freshness to prop up all the yummy ripeness and deliver a killer value! All of this leads the way to a rock solid red that has bright acidity and wonderful texture. A new staff favorite!
2015 Tierra y Mar Pinot Noir “La Riviere,” Russian River Valley AVA
On Sale $14.99
This gem opens with striking aromatics! Black cherry, plum, sweet spice, cola, and leather are front and center. Rich and voluptuous, it captures all the exuberance that is a hallmark of Russian River Pinot. All the elements fall into place in a super-expressive Pinot to enjoy now and over the next few years. The palate is dominated by dark cherry, game, smoke, licorice, and dark spices, with firm tannin giving the impression this will improve over time, both in the glass and in the cellar.
