Join us as we welcome Katie Parker from Henriot Inc. for a special dinner featuring the wines of William Fevre of Chablis and cuisine from The Crossing Restaurant. Fevre is a benchmark of Chablis, epitomizing the racy, focused personality for which these wines are known. Typical of the region, they see some oak, but it is quickly offset by the chalky, mineral notes inherent in Chablis. Experience the wines the way they were meant to be enjoyed, with great food. Reception begins at 5, with dinner starting at 5:30 P.M. Call us for reservations! Space is limited to 20 people.

First Course– Yellow Fin Tuna Tartare, Mioni Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Sea Salt, Lemon Creme.

Second Course– Roasted Sea Scallops, Romaine, Melted Shiitake Mushrooms, Truffle, Parmigiano-Reggiano.

Third Course– Wild Alaskan Halibut, Local Cherry Tomatoes, Organic Baby Arugula, Sweet Onions.
