Multi-Vintage Schramsberg Brut “Mirabelle,” North Coast AVA
On Sale $24.99
“This bubbly is both complex and fun to drink, with lemon curd and spicy caramel aromas that lead to crisp but luscious cherry, apple and toasty vanilla flavors. Drink now. 5,190 cases made.”

2015 Liquid Farm Chardonnay “La Hermana,” Santa Maria AVA
On Sale $39.99
“Brilliant white gold color. Hints of green pineapple, lime peel, white grapefruit flesh and lemongrass. Lean and racy with a “drive-by” of stone fruit but it’s all about minerality showing that maritime influence allowed by the fog that makes its way all the way to the Santa Maria Valley. Long, mouth watering finish. 100% Neutral Barrel Fermentation & Aging.”

2015 Paul Lato Rosé of Pinot Noir “Manga Girl,” Santa Barbara AVA
On Sale $32.99
“Always a super rose, the 2015 La Manga Girl Rose of Pinot Noir is 100% Pinot Noir and offers lots of spice, herbes de Provence and tons of strawberry fruit in its medium-bodied, juicy and lively style.”

2014 Paul Lato Pinot Noir “Matinée,” Santa Barbara AVA
On Sale $44.99
“A cuvee of de-classified fruit from his other single vineyard bottlings, the Matinee is always the most approachable of his wines, ready for consumption immediately. Redolent of soft red fruit and an underlying elegance that stems from the restrained use of French oak on this wine, it is a sleeper wine in the lineup.”

Multi Vintage Marietta Cellars “Old Vine Red” Lot #64, North Coast AVA
On Sale $12.99
“For many years I have been touting the old-vine red put together by Marietta cellars as one of the great values in all of winedom. I got to taste two of the old-vine reds, Lot 64 and Lot 65, and there is no reason to change my opinion. This is a blend of Zinfandel, Petite Sirah, Syrah and mixed Italian blacks. It usually hits about 13.5% alcohol, which is modest, and aged largely in neutral oak and stainless steel. Production is about 30,000 cases and, of course, they sell it like they are giving away free hotcakes it is so delicious. The NV Old Vine Red Lot 64, which is already in the marketplace, shows plenty of peppery, meaty, sightly herbal red and black fruits, medium body, loads of fruit and soft tannins in an exuberant, rather spicy, earthy personality. It is a beauty to drink over the next year or so.”

Multi Vintage Marietta Cellars “Armé Bordeaux Blend” Lot #3, North Coast AVA
On Sale $19.99
“Their newer non-vintage blends ratchet up the level of quality, such as the NV Arme Lot 3, a blend of 76% Cabernet Sauvignon, 11% Merlot and the rest Malbec and Petit Verdot. This is a big Bordeaux blend, aged up to three years in neutral oak prior to being bottled. It’s a blend of three vintages, 2011, 2012 and 2013. All the fruit comes from not only their estate, but from many of their close friends located in Sonoma and Mendocino. The wine is a 6,000-case North Coast appellation, with elegant black cherry and blackcurrant fruit as well as tobacco leaf, cedar wood, licorice and earth. It’s medium to full-bodied, lush and succulent, which is their objective. Drink it over the next 5-7 years.”

2014 Routestock Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley AVA
On Sale $20.99
“The 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon, an inexpensive blend of 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 16% Merlot and the rest Petite Verdot, Cabernet Franc and Malbec, is soft and juicy, with a deep ruby/plum/purple color, loads of cassis and black cherry fruit, soft tannins, excellent concentration and good purity. This is a sleeper of the vintage and a terrific value from Napa! Drink it over the next 4-5 years.”
