Friday Rosé Tasting

Friday, March 25
5 to 7pm
At the Bar

We moved this week’s Sunday tasting to Friday given we are closed Easter. Join us as we taste three of the first roses of the season, including Red Car Rose, and a new favorite from the Cotes de Provence. Dry Rose is the perfect wine for Easter ham, or just hanging out with family and friends!

2015 Red Car Rose of Pinot Noir Sonoma Coast, CALiquid Rose
On Sale $19.99
Sourced from the biodynamically-farmed Bybee Vineyard in the cool-climate Sonoma Coast appellation, the wine has a light shade of pale melon pink, finesse and elegancethat displays aromas and flavors of tangerine, pink grapefruit and Bing cherries along with a crisp acidity.

2015 Liquid Farm Rose Santa Barbara, CA
On Sale $24.99
A vibrant coppery pink, tons of savory minerality, pomegranate, white raspberry and floral notes all hop from the glass. Minerality continues to lead on the palate with bursts of blood orange, fresh peach and a fleur de sel finish.
Winery Notes

2015 Cibonne Tentations Cotes de Provence, France
On Sale $13.99
This is our first french rose of the year, and it is delicious. The Cotes de Provence (and Provence in general) makes lighter-colored rose with almost an copper orangish hue. It is certainly a style that emphasizes wild strawberry, lipton tea, and orange zest.
