“These are magnificent wines that readers will want to check out. As always, the Molino Baroli are juicy wines made in a style that is best suited to near and medium term drinking.”
The Wine Advocate

2015 Mauro Molino Dolcetto d’Alba
On Sale $17.99
Bright ruby red colour, elegant and fruity bouquet with scents of raspberry and black cherry. A mellow and balanced wine, full-bodied and persistent.
Winery Notes

2014 Mauro Molino Barbera d’Alba
On Sale $17.99
A delicious Barbera produced entirely in stainless steel. Loaded with ripe and lush dark red fruits all balanced with natural acidity. Molino’s Barbera vineyards are in La Morra and are harvested typically between the middle to the end of September. Matteo and his father give the Barbera vines the same strict viniculture as the Nebbiolo vines, green harvest, canopy management and they will wait to harvest, will wait for the best time to get the Barbera perfectly ripe and balanced.
Importer’s Notes

2011 Mauro Molino Barbera d’Alba “Le Gattere”
On Sale $42.99
This is a very harmonious and refined Barbera with a plum and orange peel character with just a few hints of chocolate. This is full-bodied yet refined and pretty. Top of the line Barbera. Drink or hold.
93 Points, James Suckling

2012 Mauro Molino Barolo Gallinotto
On Sale $52.99
Another opulent 2012 from Molino with crushed strawberry, raspberry and lemon rind. Hints of stone. Full body, chewy tannins and a caressing textured finish. A beautiful young wine. Better in 2019 but excellent now.
93 Points, James Suckling

2012 Mauro Molino Barolo Bricco Luciani
On Sale $62.99
This is incredibly exotic with plum and roses. Full body, round and chewy tannins. Fabulous fruit at the finish. Drink or hold. A wine for the future.
94 Points, James Suckling

2012 Mauro Molino Barolo La Serra
On Sale $89.99
Intense aromas of rose petal, rose hips and dried strawberry. Full body, chewy tannins and savory fruit. Very rich and intense. Needs four or five years to soften the solid tannins backbone. Try in 2020.
92 Points, James Suckling

2012 Mauro Molino Barolo Conca (The smallest cru in all Barolo Villages!!)
On Sale $89.99
Insane aromas of fresh roses and crushed strawberries. Full and velvety textured. Loads of fruit yet the serious tannin backbone of the wine gives it form and tension. Superb. Better in 2020 but who can wait to taste this?
97 Points, James Suckling
