As it opens in the glass, it reveals delicate scents of apple blossoms, zesty pear-skin greenness and a pale integration of mineral acidity that makes it refreshing and delicious. The dosage is a little aggressive, but it’s there to mellow the fierceness of the acidity, the wine likely best four or five years from release.
