We rarely see the white wines from this region. These are typically reserved for restaurants and local consumption, but we want in on this category! These are delish and over-deliver in most cases...and this is a prime example! 100% cold pressed whole cluster Chardonnay grown on steep slopes, native yeasts and no wood at all. Yellow apple, juicy pears and a pretty, yet subtle spice note. Great richness for an all stainless wine. Really solid, this delivers the goods.
