Cool but ripe and spicy aromas include those of essence of black cherry, violet and exotic tea. The caressing, delicious and beautifully textured middle weight flavors possess a lovely mouthfeel along with ample minerality on the lingering and balanced finale. This too could use more depth, but more should reasonably develop if allowed at least a few years of bottle aging.
