Pouring a bright yellow, the 2021 Chardonnay Lucille offers lush aromatics that continue to unfold in the glass, with lilac, fresh peach, flinty earth, and touch of tropical fruit that’s so expressive and layered. Medium to full-bodied, with a ripe core of fruit with pithy texture and a bit of grip that will make for the bones of another age-worthy wine, it has a clean and savory finish with great density, and it feels a touch more grounded in its personality.
