From an older vine parcel with vines 50 to 90 years old, in the Cru du Bois Lieu Dit (vineyard) noted for its sandy, clay and limestone soils with pebbles near the surface at a density of 3500 vines per ha. Vinification in stainless steel tanks, and no malolactic fermentation and all native yeasts. Gorgeous stony, mineral notes, citrus, and white flowers. With age, the wine develops honied, nutty aromas.
